Sarah Rad is a Las Vegas–based video engineer specializing in media server programming, projection workflows, and video systems for live events and theatrical productions. Her work centers on building reliable systems for performance environments where clean signal flow, quick troubleshooting, and technical flexibility make the difference between a smooth show and a long night.

With roots in theatrical production, Rad collaborates with designers, production companies, and venues to design, program, and operate video systems that hold up under the realities of live performance—from early pre-production planning through late-night tech and opening night.

Before moving fully into technical production, Rad built a strong background in customer service. That experience still shapes the way she works on site: she’s comfortable in client-facing environments, handles those 2am before showtime content changes with a smile.

She treats every production as an opportunity to learn something new, collecting the small tips, tricks, and lessons that only appear on real job sites and carrying them forward to the next project.
